The Enterprise Communications Design team is looking for a talented Product Designer to partner closely with our product and tech teams as we craft the products our marketers use from campaign conception to completion and analysis. In this role, you will also work closely with designers from other teams to ensure consistent use of design systems and patterns and explore opportunities for connections and hand-offs across the customer journey. You will be expected facilitate research with users and gain evidence that support design decisions.

You will be responsible for creating design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specifications for research, discussion, presentation, and ultimately product delivery. You will also collaborate on information architecture diagrams, user journey maps, design workshop templates, and other artifacts that will vary to suit the needs of the project. You'll be expected to regularly communicate, sharing design progress by presenting work to partners and leadership.

As part of the broader Enterprise Design & Research organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a large variety of designers that support various products and systems across the company. Engaging in the internal design community is just one of the ways that the design organization backs our colleagues through their personal growth and development. 

How will you make an impact in this role?

Identifies the right artifacts to create based on project needs and timeline and delivers high quality artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specifications. Sets the vision for the user experience. Develops understanding and empathy for users through user-centered methodologies, external analysis, research, and data Presents design decisions and design strategy to peers, partners and cross-functional leadership. Actively improves design process and workflow for broader design organization. Contributes to and actively improves design systems and UX patterns. Collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, design leads and other cross-functional partners to define project requirements and deliver against them Facilitate research with users to gain evidence and actionable feedback Actively engages with other designers to exchange ideas, share skills, and provide mentorship for teammates Mentors associate designers and peers and may have a direct report Efficiently leverages design tools to deliver artifacts, drive collaboration with cross-functional partners, and build efficiencies into broader design team workflow Shares solutions and strategy to problem-solving initiatives in an engaging way

Minimum Qualifications:

Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in or with a product design organization Has expert knowledge of Figma Demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, research and processes Is a proactive and energetic communicator, with an attention to detail.
