What will you do at Infobip:

Develop and refine user experiences and flows, distilling complex user interactions into intuitive designs that satisfy business objectivesParticipate in user interviews, and lead discovery sessions, brainstorms, and design thinking workshopsWork with Product Managers to align on feature prioritization and create actionable, iterative definition of what needs to be donePartner with engineering teams to understand technical limitations and craft feasible solutions that deliver on key product goalsCreate and present design artifacts, including low-fidelity wireframes, interaction models, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to diverse stakeholder groups and senior leadershipClearly communicate your design decisions and rationale, leveraging feedback to iterate quickly and efficiently through the design processLead product discussions with a focus on critical thinking, driving alignment and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful outcomesContinuously deliver user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption of our productsMaintain a deep understanding of our users’ challenges and goals in order to drive product decisionsQualifications

Several years of experience in end-to-end designing and shipping software as a part of digital product teamExcellent visual design skills paired with a good understanding of human-computer interaction principlesSkilled at balancing user needs with business objectives and technical constraintsPragmatic approach to problem-solving, knowing how to adjust effort based on the impact of the taskDemonstrated experience in fast-paced environments, delivering iterative designs with continuous feedbackStrong ability to simplify complex problems into clear and user-friendly designsAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholdersStrong communication skills, capable of clearly presenting and justifying design decisionsGrowth mindset, with a focus on learning from feedback and improving continuouslyDeep empathy for users, using their needs and challenges to guide design decisionsFluent in EnglishHow to apply
