Overview Intuit’s Risk team is looking for a Senior Designer who is excited to create experiences and contribute to Intuit’s capabilities. This role requires a dynamic individual who is excited to deliver in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with a strong ability to go deep into the details, step back and connect the dots for a more strategic perspective across a variety of deliverables. What you'll bring + 4+ years of visual design experience, interaction design, product design, or related field + Intimate knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping and other modern design tools + Deep knowledge of user experience methods, ideation, storytelling, design frameworks, concept visualization,problem-framing skills and design principles + Knowledge of technology-driven financial services is a plus + Be able to clearly communicate with leaders and project stakeholders + Knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research + Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner + Strong conceptual thinking and online portfolio available for viewing How you will lead + Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web and mobile platforms + Great storyteller, able to influence an audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal teams, partners and customers + Turn visions into concepts, and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system + Collaborate effectively with other designers, researchers, leadership/project stakeholders, program management, marketing, and other team members + Prioritize work and multi-task well; Wear multiple hats, self-manage creative bandwidth and clearly escalate constraints + Utilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specs + Deliver across a variety of artifacts.
