Why is this role important
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives with significant impact and complexity across PC Financial mobile and web platforms, aiming to deliver customer and business outcomes that we can celebrate and learn from. You will be responsible for partnering with other product designers, product owners and tech leads focused on the Banking digital experiences. You’ll be customer-focused, utilizing research and data every day to uncover meaningful insights that inform your work. You will work in a collaborative environment with a fantastic culture, partnering with team members across the organization to contribute to the overall success of PC Financial, and our customers.
What you’ll do
What you'll need
3+ years experience working as a designer on cross-functional teams releasing consumer experiences or enterprise products. Experience designing for mobile platforms iOS & Android is an asset.A portfolio with recent case studies that demonstrate: Beautiful, accessible, scalable digital experiences that you have shipped.Your experience working in a cross-functional team in an agile environment working closely with Product, Tech and Design peers.Your approaches to problem framing and solutioning while balancing stakeholder needs and technical constraints.Your ability to use design as a tool to uncover what questions to ask, what solutions to explore, and how to define and measure success.The key performance indicators you used to measure the effectiveness of your solutions.How you have contributed to the design practice and/or team culture at an organization.Come and join a winning team who demonstrates innovation, energy, creativity and vision.
