Join Arcadis as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the future of Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA)—our powerful, data-driven platform that enables businesses and governments to make smarter, more strategic decisions. 

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in elevating the user experience of our decision-support platform, used by global enterprises. You will work across complex data workflows to create world-class customer experiences and help establish a user-centric design culture within Arcadis. Collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers, you will transform complex data insights into seamless and intuitive user experiences. 

Role accountabilities:

Lead UX/UI design across applications within the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) suite, delivering world-class user experiences.  Simplify complexity—translate advanced data and analytics into intuitive user experiences, making data-heavy applications easy to navigate and actionable.  Define and refine user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, ensuring consistency and high quality across all design work.  Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to align design with business objectives and user needs.  Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.  Contribute to and evolve the Arcadis Design System for enterprise applications.  Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution. 

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a similar role.  Experience designing applications with global reach and diverse user needs.  Proven experience designing for complex, global-scale enterprise applications, data-heavy platforms, or analytics tools.  A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive solutions.
