Senior Product Development Engineer – Design Validation
At our Munich Development Center, we specialize in developing high-speed GDDR memories. These advanced technologies are integral to high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, graphic cards, game consoles, automotive applications, and autonomous driving. Our Munich team is involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from gate-level design and layout to initial product validation, manufacturing tests, and final system-level testing.

We are looking for a Validation Engineer with professional experience to join our dynamic and interdisciplinary team. This position provides excellent opportunities for technical career growth and development
Your Role
Develop and execute test suites for DRAM validation, utilizing probes and oscilloscopes for detailed analysis in special casesServe as an interface between design, simulation and silicon validation teamsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to the teamDrive technical decisions to enhance validation strategies and improve design robustnessYou will interface with product engineering groups, with design teams, quality groups and manufacturing sites in Germany, US and Asia.

Enjoyment of team collaborationStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workA degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or a related field, with above-average gradesKnowledge of the design and testing of CMOS semiconductor devices, with proficiency in at least one of these areasExperience in object-oriented Python programmingProfessional hands-on lab experience in electronic device testing, validation, or characterizationNice-to-Have:
