Location: Framingham, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $41 - 45 per hourWe are looking for a Training Specialist to facilitate software training within Product Development, including tools like PLM, Adobe Creative Cloud, OneNote, and SharePoint. This role involves creating training materials, conducting live and virtual sessions, providing technical support, and continuously improving curriculum. The ideal candidate will assess training needs, track effectiveness, and maintain a customer-focused, collaborative approach to support team success.Responsibilities: Facilitate training on a variety of software solutions within Product Development. (PLM system, Adobe Creative Cloud, OneNote, & SharePoint etc.) Design & develop learning and training material such as curriculum outlines, user guides, interactive exercises, presentations, job aids and videos. Conduct user training sessions both live in-person and virtually. Provides application technical support to resolve issues within the applications the team supports within Product Development. Stays abreast of best practices in training to continuously develop methods for renewing/refreshing curriculum. Conduct Needs Assessments to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training. Provides an elevated level of customer focus and positive working attitude. Willingness to learn and collaborate ideas to aid in continuous improvement. Qualifications: 3- 5+ years of Training & Facilitation experience. Engaging facilitation style that encourages participation and utilizes techniques to keep everyone involved in the training Ability to learn Product Lifecycle Management software functionality and processes and translate information into high quality easily understood training Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics Strong communicator, comfortable facilitating and delivering technical or business process training to small and large group Experience developing and presenting training to various audiences and skill level Comfortable coaching and resolving process and training related issues with the user community.
