Senior Product Engineering Home Room Fluids
Position Summary  Lead development of shock absorb damping solenoid (CDC valves)  Work with customers for problem solving and root cause finding.  Cooperate with internal cross function team and supplier to realize product launch. Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities + Responsible for the development of Mechanical, Electro-hydraulic and Electronic-magnetic products, including product design solution, customer interface checking, design analysis via calculation and simulation, drawing sets and stack up checking/releasing, specification, DFMEA, any design risk and actions. + Responsible for design feasibility actions by working with supplier and manufacturing team to meet DFM/DFA/VAVE goal. + Responsible for solving engineering issues via 8D system and maintaining issues/actions items list. + Product lead for prototype build & test & delivery plan with quality control, and product validation plan in each development phase. + Engineering interface with customers. Ensure all deliverables & timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organization which meets customer requirements. + Work closely with local team and global strength to have design/development gate reviews passed. Requirements / Qualifications + Master degree or bachelor degree in automotive, Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering (required) + More than 5 years working experience (required) + Experience of developing solenoids and experience on developing CDC valve is a big plus.
