We are looking for a visionary leader who will lead a product and program management team to build impactful solutions. **Description** As a leader in the Services team, you will be responsible for a variety of programs and products, across the suite of Apple’s services. Key responsibilities will include the following : Define strategic direction for Services Ops across multiple product lines and business units Lead key strategic programs for Services Operations, from conception through execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Business, Product & Design, Tax, Legal, IS&T, and Finance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current processes, identify pain points, and design optimized workflows Work with Services Operations leadership to define and implement tangible use cases for AI/ML in Operations workflows Manage a Team of Product and Program Managers Set strategic direction for the team, providing guidance, mentorship and support Cross-functional considerations and collaboration Lead deep integration and design of financial processes and systems with Finance, Systems, Data teams Lead deep integration and oversight of internal and external cross-functional partner engineering teams, getting into details as needed Travel may be necessary from time to time, both domestic & international **Minimum Qualifications** + 10+ years in Technical Product and Engineering leadership across multiple product areas with cross functional teams + 10+ years managing a team of Product or Technical Program Managers + Proven leadership in establishing a strategic vision and goals along with the tactical execution plans + Experience in Tax, partner onboarding and financial systems **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Product Leadership + Strong background in building scalable product teams and orgs from the ground up. + Champion high standards for product design and development, balancing speed and quality to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions. + Leadership experience in establishing a program structure for introducing new systems and tools, and coordinating and delegating cross-functional initiatives. + Take independent ownership of the function and appropriately prioritize the work. + Experience in Music publishing a plus + Team Leadership + Ability to foster a collaborative, innovative team culture, emphasizing high-quality results + Skilled at resource balancing and conflict management, constantly driving what matters and cutting through ambiguity + Highly skilled at building a strong team culture with a focus on team and individual development + Ability to motivate the team to keep going and make progress, despite challenges + Organizational Leadership + Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage analytics and business insights to drive strategic investment, prioritization, and decision making through partnership across the organization + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to and aligning with executive stakeholders. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $226,700 and $340,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
