Senior Product Leader - Product Partners

And with our remarkable work-life flexibility, one of the lives it could enhance is yours. **Job Overview** **Position Schedule:** Full-Time The Senior Product Leader - Relationship Management for Workplace Retirement Products leads a team of experienced product associates who are responsible for managing key product partner relationships from a product offering perspective. This includes identifying and onboarding new product partners through a rigorous review process across key internal stakeholders, managing current product partner annual due diligence processes, conducting periodic reviews of current and new capabilities and managing product and service escalations from branch teams. This role also leads the coordination of product partner product offerings with the engagement efforts of the Workplace Business Segment. As a Senior Product Leader - Relationship Management, you will: + Work closely with the Senior Product Leader - Leader and/or General Partner and lead a team to develop the firm's Workplace Retirement Product strategy with strategic and available product partners to ensure branch teams have quality products and the support needed to help business owners/workplace plan providers achieve their financial and business goals. + Lead product partner and/or key internal stakeholder relationships of significant size and lead a team that is responsible for product partner vendor relationships to: + Approve and drive execution of business plans that align with the firm's strategy + Provide thought leadership and influence the design and development of integrated platforms, systems, tools and processes that create a better client and branch team experience with ExCOE. + Ensure the resolution of complex/broad product partner issues. Determine root cause and apply systems thinking to prevent future occurrences. + Regularly interface with product partners through peer contacts (e.g., senior, divisional, product line, sales and operational leaders). + Provide expert support for complex client and firm issues. Supports branch teams as needed. + Establish trusted partnerships as a consultant to business and functional leaders throughout the organization, employing diplomacy and objectivity. Partners to develop strategy, influence, prioritize, plan and deliver product capabilities that improve overall firm performance. + Deep subject matter expertise in multiple product lines or disciplines + Leads a team of associates and is responsible for their development. Focuses on the building firm talent. + Responsible for leading others on functional and cross-functional teams beyond the immediate team.
