ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Product Lifecycle Management Solutions Architect will work closely with the Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to plan, design and implement PLM solutions enabling efficient end-to-end product development processes. The role will work closely with a diverse set of cross functional partners from product definition through manufacture and product support to enable collaboration and integration with CAD, ERP and QMS systems through business requirements definition, system configuration, proof-of-concept prototypes, defining test and acceptance criteria. Projects will vary widely across the organization with internal and external partners, so excellent project management leadership, organization, communication skills, and versatility is a must. This position requires domestic and international travel. The candidate must be willing to travel at least 10% or more as needed.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Act as a functional lead for Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) business process solution definition. Lead continuous process improvement for design capture, BOM and configuration management and SKU definition for process consistency, accuracy and quality across Peloton’s portfolio of products. Lead PLM change management and process integration with Peloton’s contract manufacturer partners and acts as the primary liaison for their function with these teams. Actively define and develop configuration management processes that affect change across all product lines. Interface with internal teams and external partners to efficiently manage BOMs, association of engineering deliverables, product configuration, ECN/ECR, deviations and related workflows through new product introduction (NPI) Lead the PLM Change Control Board (CCB) to inform and align with program leads and key partnerson requested changes and key deliverables for the PLM platformYOU BRING TO PELOTON
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing, or equivalent experience BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. 7+ years of work experience in PLM systems, managing business process for product development Understanding of engineering and manufacturing BOM structures and best practices Work closely with partners to ensure project objectives and goals are clearly documented, communicated, and understood Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams Working knowledge and understanding of lean, project management, and change management - Six Sigma, PMP, or change management certification are a big plus Expert-level knowledge of cloud-based program management tools: Confluence, Jira, SmartSheets, Monday.com Expert-level knowledge of Google Suite applications (Drive/Sheets/Docs) Experience with Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or other visualization tools Experience with SAP, Netsuite, ERP/MRP/MES/QMS, and other enterprise platforms Upbeat teammate with excellent written, verbal, presentation, & conceptual skills Strong problem-solving methodology and corrective action skills: DOE, 8D, RedX, DMAIC, Kaizen events, etc. Experience in a hands-on, fast-paced, consumer-facing manufacturing environment Solid understanding of CAD/CAM applications (SolidWorks preferred) Knowledge and application of Global/International standards; ASTM, ISO, DIN, JIS, ANSI, etc.#LI-CG1

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
