The EU Expansion Team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with an analytical mindset to drive and manage roadmap for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) related products in the areas of DEX, inventory, capacity management, inbound. As a highly visible and strategic program within EU Expansion Team, this role presents an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative team and participate in operational excellence, system support, and process design that span the entire company. The primary objective is to enhance FBA product that empowers Sellers to maximize the benefits of FBA in the Expansion Marketplaces.
Key responsibilities include auditing the current FBA Experience, identifying pain points and feature gaps, assessing improvement opportunities and developing a long-term strategic vision to close current experience gaps and working with tech and business teams to implement prioritized initiatives.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the e-commerce or digital products space.

Key job responsibilities
-Be accountable for FBA experience for Expansion Marketplaces, focusing on Seller pain points and feature gaps in the areas of DEX, inventory and capacity management, removals, inbound. Identify the main gaps, opportunities and build business cases to prioritize them.
-Develop and communicate a long-term vision and roadmap for the FBA in EU Expansion and present it to leadership and key stakeholders.
-Work with tech teams and other EM PMs to launch Seller-facing product features and enhancements for the FBA Inventory and cooperate with EU FBA on DEX initiatives for Expansion marketplaces. Prioritize and make trade-off decisions under limited resources.
-Manage the collaboration with FBA stakeholders across Amazon (EU SC FBA, FBA POCs from emerging regions, 3P local sales teams, Retail) to ensure efficient cooperation on FBA DEX and Inventory initiatives.
-Own the reporting on the adoption of FBA product initiatives, measuring Seller engagement and feedback.
-Drive the adoption of the rolled-out FBA solutions, develop mechanisms to continuously identify and iterate on the Seller Experience.
-Provide regular project updates to the leadership through flashes, MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews), QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and provide the project entitlement and vision in strategic documents.
