Senior Product Manager, 3P EU Expansion
At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you'd like to help us build the place to find and buy anything online across the globe, this is your chance to make history. Amazon has a long record of growth and success in non-US geographies. Since launching its first European websites in 1998, Amazon has grown into a global leader in e-commerce, with customer-facing websites selling physical goods in five European countries, plus Japan, China, India, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. Amazon also manages a substantial cross-border business, serving customers in more than 100 countries every month with exports from our current websites.

The 3P EU Expansion Team is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive and manage the Exception Rule Framework (ERF) product roadmap and the strategic expansion of the PanEU program into new EU marketplaces.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the e-commerce or digital products space. Your exceptional product management skills, including roadmap development, agile delivery, and go-to-market planning, will ensure the timely and successful launch of PanEU product enhancements.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and are passionate about driving strategic growth and expansion in the EU marketplaces, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key job responsibilities

-Partnering closely with the tech teams to ensure the timely delivery of the ERF product. This involves creating BRDs with user stories, detailed testing scenarios, conducting end-to-end testing and pilot testing, and making well-informed trade-off decisions to navigate limited technical resources.
-Lead strategic initiative to extend the PanEU listing requirements to the EU Emerging marketplaces. This includes collaboration with internal stakeholders and defining the roadmap to seamlessly onboard these new marketplaces onto the PanEU program.
-Managing the collaboration with tech development teams and EU FBA stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of defined milestones and the successful execution of the product roadmap. This may require influencing and coordinating with external teams to align on priorities and overcome potential roadblocks.
-Developing a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan, defining clear success criteria, and establishing launch metrics to measure the performance of the newly launched products
-Providing regular project updates to the leadership through flashes, MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews), QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and presenting the product entitlement and vision in strategic documents.
