Amazon Japan is seeking a self-motivated and data-driven Senior Product Manager for our Fashion Analytics team. In this role, you will own and develop critical team mechanisms and products, including forecasting tools, central tool integration, and other analytical solutions that directly impact our fashion offerings. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing mechanisms that challenge how we approach fashion analytics and selection. You'll work closely with local business teams and global technical teams, using data to drive decisions and represent the customer in all aspects of fashion analytics.

• Integrate central tools across the fashion analytics ecosystem to improve data flow and analysis capabilities
• Identify opportunities for new analytical solutions that enhance fashion merchandising and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with senior leaders to challenge existing methodologies in fashion analytics
• Develop and improve key metrics to measure the performance of fashion analytics tools and processes
• Represent the customer perspective in all fashion analytics initiatives and product developments
• Continuously optimize the fashion analytics infrastructure to support the growing Japanese market
