Senior Product Manager, Amazon Logistics
Description The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Worldwide Solutions Engineering team is excited to welcome a Senior Product Manager, Solutions Engineering to our dynamic team, based in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will lead our strategic cube optimization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs across Amazon's Last Mile delivery network. This role will focus on managing package cube trends and optimizing resource utilization across multiple workstreams. Key job responsibilities Partner with upstream and Last Mile cross-functional teams (Operations, Planning, Engineering) to understand challenges and drive integrated solutions across the network Work closely with Research Science and Tech teams to develop and implement backend system configurations, rate card updates, and algorithmic improvements for cube optimization Collaborate with engineering, design, fellow product managers, marketing and insights teams to drive successful outcomes and product adoption Define, execute, evaluate and launch experiments (A/B tests) to maximize customer and business value, using best-practices, statistical rigor and high judgment Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for cube optimization solutions across Cube Planning Accuracy, Package Selection Optimization, and Packaging Solutions Drive data-driven decision making through quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform product decisions and strategy Develop business cases and ROI analysis for proposed solutions, working closely with finance teams to validate benefits Create detailed product requirements and coordinate with technical teams on implementation timelines and deliverables Lead stakeholder management across multiple business units to align on objectives, manage trade-offs, and drive consensus Monitor implementation results and iterate on solutions based on operational feedback and performance metrics About the team At Amazon Logistics, we are passionate about delivering a first-class delivery experience. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
