Senior Product Manager, Analytics

Who we are looking for

Charles River for Private Markets is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Analytics to productize our core dashboard and reporting solution to scale across all clients. You will own the product strategy through the distribution of knowledge and awareness of capabilities and furthering our future cloud-based analytics platform. You will be expected to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to solving challenges within both new and evolving clients, making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues and regularly working without direct guidance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen, passionate about evangelizing data-driven decision making and product advocacy at all levels. They should also be a strong communicator comfortable with facilitating executive level, decision justification, and roadmap. What you will be responsible for

As Senior Product Manager, Analytics  you will

Own our core Analytics solution offering andIdentify, assemble and coordinate internal and third-party resources and assign individual responsibilitiesCreate and maintain comprehensive product documentationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressWork across our Professional Services, Product, and Engineering team to prioritize bugs, defects, and enhancementsSupport GTM strategy and executionProvide timely updates on key roadmap updates to senior managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications

5+ years combined experience in a software product leadership roleEnterprise SaaS business intelligenceStrong domain experience in private markets investingUnderstanding of the private markets/alternative investment lifecycle from manager due diligence to investment monitoring and analytics & reportingAbility to work as part of a global, distributed organizationExperience with Power BI, (Power Query, PerformancePoint, PowerView a plus), Power Platform, Analytics (Synapse, backend data modeling in support of Analytics), SSRS, SSAS, Excel ServicesProgress towards CFA or CAIA is desirableExperience using JIRA or other agile development tools

Additional requirements

Ability to travel as required for client engagements (-20%), including internationally

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $185,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
