Senior Product Manager, Delivery Web
**About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to innovate and drive growth through the various web properties at Uber. This role will be responsible for setting the strategy for the ubereats.com website and various web integrations, by executing on a high-quality product experimentation pipeline to drive trips across Delivery web surfaces. **What the Candidate Will Do** - Work closely with data science, design, and engineering partners to build and deploy delightful product experiences, learn from the results, and iterate quickly - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Lead the creation of pragmatic, prioritized, and actionable product roadmaps that effectively distill vision and strategy into efficiently shipped product results - Effectively present and communicate strategy, implementation and growth plans to various collaborators ranging from business audiences to senior leadership - Manage a fast moving experimentation roadmap across multiple areas, always evolving with the latest learnings - Create and maintain documentation and processes to track ongoing projects to accelerate web, maintain parity with the app experience and show progress towards our OKRs - Align with and inform longer term product directions and engage with Uber executives through regular updates **Basic Qualifications** - 5+ years of product management experience for an ecommerce website, delivering highly successful and innovative products - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Very strong communicator both verbal and written, comfortable with presenting complex ideas to a new audience succinctly and effectively - Experience within fast moving, cross-functional teams in high throughput test and learn programs - Domain expertise in web development, experimentation platforms, analytical tools, and measurement methodologies - Experimental mentality and ability to use metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities **Preferred Qualifications** - Successfully demonstrated driving significant business growth (>5% / year) at scale within a large enterprise - Proficient in SQL - Proficient using Tableau and Excel to manipulate and visualize data - Strong statistical foundations - Ability to use Figma or other tools for rough mock-ups and wireframes For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$174,000 per year - USD$193,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
