This position is part of the Diagnostics and Genomics business unit and will be based in at one of our global locations with requirements for global travel. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Drive achievement of strategic objectives including revenue targets for the global Diagnostics Membranes and Paper product portfolio through direct engagement with commercial teams, customers and all relevant functional groups within the company (such as Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, etc.).
+ Product and Services Strategy: Oversee the complete portfolio of Diagnostic Membranes and Paper, developing and implementing go to market, pricing, and overall product lifecycle strategies to optimize market penetration and profitability, while maintaining competitive positioning. Utilize Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
+ Market understanding: Analyse competitive landscape including product offerings, performance claims, pricing promotions, overall market positioning and selling strategies to develop and maintain action plans, drive product portfolio growth and gain market share.
+ Portfolio Innovation: Support and drive innovation initiatives within the membranes and paper portfolio, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new customer specific products and services. Apply DBS principles to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
+ Commercial Enablement: Identifies new business opportunities for new and existing products and develops selling tools to help the commercial team in targeting the right customers and applications as well as responding to customer needs and overcoming objections and competitive threats.
+ Marketing Support: Assist with defining marketing strategy, creating collateral and presenting webinars. Ensure commercial teams are fully trained and equipped to understand the portfolio strategy and offerings to grow portfolio revenue.
+ Operational Support: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product and services execution, addressing any operational challenges that may arise through DBS-driven problem-solving techniques.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams across the organization, including commercial, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
Who you are:
+ Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Advanced degree in business/ life sciences or engineering
+ Experience: Experienced in product management, project management, operations or customer facing role.
+ Excellent Analytical, communication and organizational skills
+ Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Adaptable and Eager to learn: Flexible with changing priorities and tasks. Enthusiastic about gaining new skills in product management and operations.
+ Proven strong leadership abilities

+ Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Diagnostic market, products, or services
