Senior Product Manager, Digital Experience & Applications

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the business-side development of our digital applications, driving modernization and enhancing the customer journey. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Cultural Care Au Pair, who oversees all business operations, this role will act as the primary liaison between the business and Technology & Engineering teams. The Senior Product Manager will champion the needs of the business, internal stakeholders, and customers to define and align the digital application strategy and roadmap, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. This role is critical to delivering exceptional digital experiences while meeting business objectives and aligning with technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-oriented product management, excelling in cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful results. You should be passionate about understanding our customers and ensuring their needs are at the forefront as we transform and optimize the Cultural Care Au Pair digital experience. What you’ll do:Define and Drive Digital Strategy: Develop and own the strategic roadmap for digital application enhancements aligned with business objectives, focusing on enhancing user experience and aligning with overall business goals.Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to align priorities, resources, and timelines for digital projects. Facilitate workshops and meetings to define project priorities, resolve conflicts, and foster collaborative problem-solving.Collaborate with Engineering to assess feasibility, prioritize technical requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.Work with Business Leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable digital strategies.End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of digital products, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.Project Leadership and Delivery: Oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring the successful delivery of digital initiatives within scope and budget.Track progress against goals, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as needed.Business and Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer and business stakeholders, ensuring digital initiatives address user needs while meeting business objectives.Enhance Customer Journeys: Develop and optimize user-centric digital experiences, focusing on seamless interactions and improved engagement across web and mobile platforms.Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer insights, analytics, and feedback to identify opportunities, track success metrics, and inform product decisions.Who you are:Bachelor’s Degree and/or a Master’s Degree in Business or Technology7+ years working with digital customer journeys, product management, or a related role, with a focus on mobile applications.Experience working closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Engineering, UX, and others operating in senior leadership roles to drive decisionsExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.Strong knowledge of UX design principles, Agile methodology, and project management best practices.Proficiency in tools such as Figma, JIRA, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders effectively.
