Senior Product Manager, EIM

If yes, then Senior Product Manager role on our European Supply Chain and Inventory Management team is for you. Our job is to optimize the EU Supply Chain to spin the Amazon flywheel faster, getting access to the widest selection for our customers, adjusting to the needs of vendors and business in an evolving supply chain landscape with system- and process- solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Manager who will thrive in a collaborative, creative, analytical, and fast-paced environment to deliver on our collective team vision to: - Provide customers access to supply and selection that they want to buy at the lowest possible cost - Eliminate supply chain defects and create value for vendors - Invent together with our vendors to make the end-to-end supply chain the most efficient and sustainable. - Streamline and optimize inbound supply chain by balancing speed, efficiency, sustainability and cost. This role works backwards from the customer to find, fix and scale the biggest levers enabling access to supply. The successful candidate possesses superb business judgment with a track record of project delivery and relationship management. Basic Qualifications - University degree in engineering, mathematics, finance, business or related areas - 4-8 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience analyzing and improving performance of a business - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences - High proficiency in SQL query writing and Excel data analysis - Demonstrable data-driven decision making - Proven ability to work in international cross-functional teams - Hands-on, results-oriented mentality, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications - Experience in one or more out of: FMCG, online retail, supply chain, consulting - Experience in leading large scale projects and improvements involving tech development - Experience in establishing and delivering a tech roadmap for a product Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
