Amazon Transportation Services is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the Electric Yard Hostler (EYH) product strategy, product vision, and roadmap. Key job responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the Electric Yard Hostler (EYH) Transition Strategy for Middle Mile (MM) North America Surface Transportation (NAST), covering all of Amazon's hostler operations within North America. The transition strategy will include planning the transition from Amazon's legacy diesel truck fleet to a state-of-the-art electric truck fleet, as well as planning for the incremental growth of the fleet in support of our long term vision. The role will be responsible for all EYH product evaluation, vendor evaluation, specifications, RFP evolutions, and procurement efforts with EYH manufacturers in North America. They will work very closely with internal Amazon teams including Infrastructure, Safety, Maintenance, Operations, Training, and others, to help establish systems, processes, and mechanisms that ensure efficient deployment of EYHs into the operational fleet on time, on quality and on budget.
