Who we areA key part of Attentive’s product strategy is leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to personalize billions of messages. At our scale, even small mistakes can have significant consequences. That’s why we’re building innovative products and systems to continuously improve Generative AI quality—ensuring every message hits the mark. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to lead this critical effort. Why Attentive needs youRelentlessly detect, correct, and prevent quality issues in generative AI outputsDevelop novel solutions, leveraging AI where appropriate but also thinking about how we can design the system to prevent errors. Innovate on ways to emulate the “voice” of a brand in messages.  Where appropriate, develop guardrails and controls so marketers can fine-tune messagesRally other product areas where needed. In some cases, the right place to fix a problem upstream, at the data layer or elsewhereAbout you3+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping innovative productsExperience with LLMs:  At minimum, you’ve built a prototype with this technologyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to rally cross-functional teams and executives around a unified vision.Strong strategic thinking: able to navigate difficult tradeoffs, assess options quickly, and guide the team toward alignment.Resilient and creative problem-solver: You’re excited to tackle really hard problems every day, and you delight in finding clever ways to fix problemsTechnically proficient:  You don’t need to code, but you do need to understand the tradeoffs of different technical approaches. For US based applicants:- The US base salary range for this full time position is $140,000 - $200,000 annually + equity + benefits- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
