We tell engaging stories to millions of viewers and we are looking for a Program Manager to join the streaming DTC Product Operations Translations Team for our suite of products.
**Position Summary**
As an IAP (In app purchase) Senior Product Manager for Warner Bros Discovery, you’ll help shape the strategy of our sign up process across devices. You’ll thrive in making impactful decisions that contribute to our subscriber acquisition and retention goals.
Day-to-day, you’ll succeed by learning what’s worth doing that is simultaneously usable, valuable, and feasible, through product discovery and design thinking. You’ll connect regularly with customers to become an expert on our audience and industry. You’ll lead and motivate a dedicated, cross-functional team by communicating vision, authoring user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating regularly and clearly with partners and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop a deep understanding of the customer, data, business, and industry.
+ Set, articulate, and advocate for product vision and strategy.
+ Define and establish meaningful success metrics for the in-app sign-up flow.
+ Prioritize features and enhancements in the story backlog.
+ Build and maintain product plans to create user value and drive business growth.
+ Author use cases and user stories to foster shared understanding.
+ Discover opportunities through rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and design thinking.
+ Identify and map customer goals, values, and needs beyond basic expectations.
+ Make informed decisions using qualitative and quantitative data.
+ Ensure effective communication and transparency with internal teams (marketing, business development, legal, etc.).
+ Coordinate with product teams to share insights and ensure a seamless cross-platform experience.
+ Collaborate with external device partners on in-app purchase integrations.
+ Develop expertise in device-specific sign-up capabilities.
+ Work with Product Ops to ensure price plans and promotions are up to date on IAP platforms.
**Requirements**
+ 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology or digital organization.
+ Industry experience in TVE, Connected TV, mobile, or native apps.
+ Proven contribution to high-profile, multi-faceted products.
+ Experience delivering all phases of a product lifecycle: planning, design, development, and implementation.
+ Strong ability to build and present status updates and recommendations to leadership.
+ Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with C-suite presentations is a plus.
+ High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
+ Ability to work closely with others and collaborate effectively.
+ Curiosity and a willingness to learn from mistakes and others.
