**Job Description:**
+ Lead and develop accelerated growth strategies for the Immunology portfolio by translating stakeholder requirements and expectations into programs and campaigns;
+ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues including Marketing & Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Government Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Healthcare Compliance to execute the business plan to deliver positive business results.
+ Implements brand strategies as defined in the business plans, working within agreed budget and resource allocation, continuously driving cross-functional collaboration with other stakeholders.
+ Identifies and shapes strong market potential for existing brands and leads in the launch excellence of the new products in the local market
+ Manages the A&P budget aligned to the brand, portfolio strategy with respect to competition.
+ Coach and develop marketing capabilities of an Associate Product Manager/Product Manager, Immunology and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
+ Facilitate risk assessments and analysis of market conditions to determine business strategies that anticipate market trends and consumer behavior and increase company market share.
+ Provides technical support to the field force to enable effective communication of product messages
+ Advises team members on the product positioning strategy and develops product roadmaps.
+ Allocates resources for new product ideas and facilitates the integration of new features and enhancements.
+ Develops tactical and operational plans for the Product Management area and leads team operations through major product launches.
+ Collaborates with stakeholders to determine the product strategy for market segmentation and product differentiation.
+ Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
+ Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
