About the role:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Internal Tools platform team. Your mission will be to empower our internal teams with tools that streamline workflows, drive data-informed decision-making, and improve the Patient and Provider experience. You’ll partner with Engineering, Operations, Data, and Design to build intuitive, scalable, and cutting-edge tools, leveraging AI to further drive efficiencies. This is a new team at Headway, so it’s a great opportunity not only to define the strategy for an area but also to build a team from the ground up. The ideal candidate is comfortable defining and executing a 0-to-1 strategy, passionate about building exceptional platforms for internal customers, and excited to explore the latest technology in the space.

What you’ll do at Headway:

Develop a vision and strategy for our internal tools team to support Headway’s growth and evolving business needs. Deliver exceptional tools for teams across Headway by translating requirements into features that address pain points and drive operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to optimize workflows and enhance productivity. Create feedback loops with internal teams to gather insights, iterate on solutions, and keep internal tools aligned with Headway’s evolving needs. Facilitate the smooth rollout of tools through training, documentation, and communication.

You’ll be great for this role if you:

You have 5+ years of product management experience building internal tools, data platforms, or other internal infrastructure.  You enjoy being a platform PM, jamming on technical concepts with your team, and pushing for technical quality. You enjoy being the translation layer between technical and non-technical teams, and driving alignment between them. You are a master at digging into data, defining clear goals, running toward them & bringing your team along the way.

Compensation and Benefits:
