Senior Product Manager, Listing Marketing - Consumer Experience

About the role

In this role, you will grow highly coveted products on the top U.S. real estate website. This role is critical in driving the development and execution of product strategies for the consumer-facing aspects of premium listing experiences such as Zillow Showcase and Interactive Floor Plan.

You Will Get To:

Synthesize customer and business needs to find the most valuable solutions worth building

Encourage outstanding solutions through data-driven storytelling

Work with brilliant cross-functional teams to develop and launch highly visible products.

Lead products throughout their lifecycle.

Define annual and quarterly product goals, objectives, estimated impact, and success metrics by coordinating planning, estimating level of effort, identifying dependencies and resource needs, and anticipating issues.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $145,500.00 - $232,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager. You will ideally have experience demonstrating the following:

Acquiring customer feedback and data through multiple means to lead product decisions and building narratives that drive alignment.Taking a user-centered design thinking approach to writing product briefs and problem statements which allow for multiple solutions to emerge and guide design direction.Developing a vision for a set of features that solves the most significant customer problems, and connects to the broader company strategy.Building and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.Articulating product vision, goals, and decisions through storytelling and clear written and verbal communication.Success engaging with leaders, peers, and partners to deliver significant business outcomes and influence the direction of the product.Proven track record collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, even in situations with limited resources.Experience writing clear requirements and defining functionality at the feature and product level.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Here at Zillow - we value the experience and perspective of candidates with non-traditional backgrounds.
