This is a remote role based out of the United States. We are only considering candidate who are currently located out of the United States and are not offering relocation at this time.
About the role:
Lead the end-to-end customer journey from first-time use to ongoing engagement, driving re-engagement with McAfee’s mobile app.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to articulate a compelling product vision, break down the vision into well-scoped projects, and drive execution.
Represent your team’s work to senior leaders. Ensure that the broader organization is clear about our product strategy and roadmap.
Deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our customers, with your consumer insights and design partners.
Build business cases and measure the impact of your product innovation, with your finance, strategy, and data science partners.
Be the mobile go-to expert on iOS and Android operating systems and policies to drive better customer experiences both inside and outside the app.
Work as part of an autonomous agile team along with designers, engineers, consumer insights, marketing and retention teams to deliver outstanding products to our customers.
About you:
5+ years in mobile product management with high proficiency in agile development methods. Experience across more than one product preferred.
Worked in a direct-to-consumer business, preferably with global scope where the consumer is paying for the service.
Very high attention to detail, with an ability to connect the smallest experience elements to the big picture goals at the company and team level.
Expert in building and creating mobile consumer apps across iOS and Android
Has strong instincts for outstanding customer experience.
Ability to professionally handle customer, partner and internal escalations.
Strong analytical and financial and business analytical skills with proven experience delivering business cases, advocating for investment.

The starting pay range for this position is $142,040.00-$233,345.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations.
