**How you'll make an impact:**
+ Lead the strategy and execution of post-procedure outreach programs, from ideation and messaging to delivery and performance tracking
+ Develop multi-channel engagement strategies (email, phone, SMS, print, video) that help post-TAVR patients navigate recovery and long-term care
+ Manage and scale the Patient Omnichannel CRM, ensuring tailored messaging and robust segmentation to drive meaningful touchpoints and program performance.
+ Collect and analyze patient feedback and behavior data to inform campaign improvements, optimize patient experience, and report on ROI.
+ Manage the Edwards Patient Community and Patient Advisory Council, identifying and elevating key patient voices across marketing, education, and engagement efforts.
+ Develop and support patient opinion leaders to represent the voice of the patient in initiatives such as clinical trial recruitment, testimonial campaigns, speaker programs, and internal strategy sessions.
+ Lead patient-facing communications, ensuring a high level of customer service and empathy, particularly when engaging older patient populations.
+ Serve as the project manager for public awareness and PR initiatives, leading cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns that inform and inspire.
+ Coordinate national awareness campaigns, patient-facing content launches, community activations, and earned media opportunities.
+ Source compelling patient testimonials from across the U.S. to support marketing, PR, and educational initiatives.
+ Manage the end-to-end production of video and written content, from initial interviews through scripting, filming, editing, and approvals.
+ Build and maintain a centralized library of patient stories and visual content for multi-channel use across platforms and audiences.
+ Manage budgets related to post-procedure initiatives, public awareness campaigns, patient video production, and PR programming.
+ Ensure all patient interactions and data usage adhere to HIPAA and internal compliance guidelines.
**What you'll need (Required):**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in a related field with 8 years of previous work experience OR Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field with 6 years of previous rework experience
**What else we look for (Preferred):**
+ Experience in healthcare marketing, patient engagement, and/or direct-to-patient communications
+ Strong desire and ability to interact directly with an elderly patient population, with strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
+ Previous experience in Direct-to-Patient or Direct-to Consumer
+ Experience with CRM platforms and omnichannel marketing strategies
+ Proven track record in storytelling, video content creation, and working directly with patients and families
+ Strong project management and budget management capabilities
+ Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
+ Strict attention to detail
+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $123,000 to $174,000 (highly experienced).
