Senior Product Manager, Prime Benefits and Engagement

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our product innovation flywheel, while also elevating the existing Prime benefits and identifying new investment opportunities. Your primary focus will be to create an exceptional onsite experience for Japanese customers, ensuring that Prime members enjoy seamless access to the best that Amazon has to offer. Acting as the representative of Japan in global product decision-making, you will localize and lead the implementation of cutting-edge products that drive Prime member engagement. You will have the opportunity to shape and refine the Prime benefit offering, constantly finding ways to enhance member value. Taking ownership of critical Prime locations onsite, you will strategically surface new products to our customers. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with partner teams including Prime benefits leaders, local and global technology teams, as well as marketing and product leaders. Additionally, you will spearhead the CGE product roadmap, driving resourcing discussions and providing clear visibility to business and tech directors. To excel in this role, we are seeking a seasoned thought leader in product and/or marketing who can develop benefit optimization strategies and roadmaps with a strong prioritization logic and measurable goals. You should have a hands-on approach, unafraid to dive into execution details when necessary. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate effectively with partner teams, influence internal stakeholders to shape our product roadmap, and contribute to future strategic plans. Key job responsibilities The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys complex problem solving, gets into the details and is able to balance bias for action with long-term strategic thinking. Specifically, they will: • Lead development of Japanese first products that drive sustained Prime member engagement, including designing specifications, launch planning, stakeholder management, working in collaboration with Prime Tech and key WW leaders. • Develop and execute Prime cross-benefit discovery programs that increase the value, appeal and/or awareness of Prime among key customer segments and promote benefit usage and membership growth. • Lead the CGE product roadmap, shaping resourcing discussions and providing clear visibility to business and tech directors. • Influence and partner with the WW Prime team to deliver capabilities that promote benefit discovery and long-term growth. • Understand and improve our ability to measure the quality and performance of Prime capabilities and benefits. • Partner with benefit teams to enhance our customer offering and identify opportunities to offer members unparalleled value. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products Preferred Qualifications - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
