How you'll make an impact:
Translate Business Strategy to Marketing Strategy to develop comprehensive marketing plans including programs, campaigns, and tactics for major product/indication launchesBuild relationships with regional marketing leads and key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform product launch plans and co-develop success metrics and measurement frameworksDevelop marketing messages based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature, current competitive environment, and regulatory/legal requirements for major product launchesDevelop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies for major product launchesLead major projects for the Congress Management processDrive marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders for major product launchesDevelop IFU and patient brochures required for regional product approvals for major product launchesLead the execution of a major product launch in collaboration with regional partners as appropriate including Salesforce readiness (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)Develop the clinical story that supports the regional value proposition for major product launchesAnalyze clinical and market data to assess regional impact of potential product launchesManage budgets related to product line, campaigns and projectsOther Incidental Duties

Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of previous work experience required ORMaster's Degree or equivalent with 6 years of previous related experience working in strategy, marketing, or the healthcare industry required

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $123,000 to $174,000 (highly experienced).
