Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Windows/SDLC in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities: * Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery * Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience * Senior Product Manager will support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers * Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle * Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development * Keep up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in "at desk" endpoint technologies, including both hardware and software * Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholder/supplier teams to bring the product to fruition * As a Senior Product Manager, you will engage with various customer and business stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback, shaping product requirements accordingly * Oversee the daily operations of development and product teams to ensure alignment with the delivery roadmap * Manage risk by developing contingency plans and mitigation strategies to minimize technical debt and ensure audit readiness * Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations to effectively communicate insights, findings
