Data derived from our Roku advertising business is at the heart of driving intelligence and excellence across our advertising and monetization ecosystem. Our team focuses on building scalable, high-integrity data products and operations that power revenue analytics, business intelligence, and supply and demand optimizations. We are responsible for ensuring that Roku’s advertising business has accurate, actionable insights that maximize revenue and efficiency across our platforms.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

About the role
As a Senior Product Manager for Advertising Business Intelligence, you will define and execute the strategy for how Roku standardizes, automates, and optimizes its advertising business intelligence infrastructure and tools. You will own the product vision and roadmap for Roku’s internal data intelligence capabilities, ensuring our systems, tools, and data products provide reliable, scalable, and actionable insights for key stakeholders.
You will work closely with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Ad Sales, Client Services, and Product teams to develop data pipelines, standardize reporting structures, and ensure operational efficiency in ad intelligence. Your leadership will help shape how Roku’s advertising business ingests, structures, and applies data to drive better monetization outcomes.
What you'll be doing Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for data products that enhance Roku’s advertising intelligence, including data normalization, standardization, and automation. Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Data Science teams to create scalable frameworks for revenue attribution, business intelligence reporting, and operational efficiency. Define and execute the roadmap for Roku’s internal data infrastructure, balancing immediate tactical needs with long-term strategic goals. Develop and optimize data workflows across CRM, OMS, impression/revenue tracking, and cost attribution to improve ad decision-making. Work with engineering teams to ensure that Roku’s advertising business intelligence architecture is built for scalability, automation, and real-time insights. Partner with stakeholders across Ad Products, Revenue Strategy, and Business Intelligence to drive the adoption of reporting tools, insights, and intelligence. There is a high focus on ensuring seamless data empowerment. Ensure a robust governance framework for Roku’s business intelligence capabilities, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Develop documentation and enablement materials to ensure cross-functional teams understand the data infrastructure and how to leverage it effectively.
We're excited if you have 6-8 years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on data products, advertising intelligence, and revenue operations. Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad serving, and revenue attribution. Expertise in data automation, governance, and analytics, particularly within the advertising and ad tech ecosystems. Strong proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Tableau, with an ability to explore and structure complex datasets. Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) and order management data pipelines to ensure integrity across revenue tracking and forecasting. Proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, data science, and revenue operations teams to drive impactful outcomes. Experience in business process automation, with an understanding of data dependencies across enterprise systems.
