Senior Product Manager

The Senior Liquidity Product Manager role is part of US Liquidity and Investments Solutions team. The role holder will be responsible for PL management, product development, commercialization, and product planning. This role will require close collaboration with key stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Service, Operations, Technology, and Market Treasury.
The role will focus on managing deposits and cash management solutions. This includes enhancing value proposition through new deployments, structuring client solutions, driving decisions and managing deposit pricing to deliver positive client and business impact.

As our Senior Product Manager you will:

Drive product PL profitability and performance ensuring close alignment with deposit strategiesPartner with Treasury to define hedging strategies and support entity balance sheet needsSet, develop, and execute product roadmap and define success measuresCollaborate across products, functions, and lines of business to set policies, identify opportunities, and deliver optimal client experienceGather competitive data, stay current on industry developments and client needs to shape product strategyManage risk across the portfolio by complying with product governance activities and proactively addressing gaps in existing offeringEmbrace and instill continuous improvement culture by proactively identifying areas of opportunityBecome an integral member of Global Payments Solutions organization working to achieve regional and global objectivesPromote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $122,000.00 and $183,000.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Minimum bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years’ experience in Liquidity product management or relevant disciplineDeep understanding of treasury management function including understanding of liquidity and balance sheet managementEffective communication skills capable of creating concise and impactful presentations tailored to senior audienceOutstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches and effectively communicate findingsStrong commercial acumen able to advise internal and external stakeholdersInitiative-taker with proven history of meeting and exceeding performance targetsAbility to navigate large organizations and partner with stakeholders to accomplish goalsExperience managing multiple deliverables in a challenging environment
