Yotpo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Loyalty team and help brands build long-term relationships with their customers through personalized loyalty programs. In this role, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Yotpo’s Loyalty solution, driving its growth and success. You'll collaborate with teams across Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to build products and features that enhance customer satisfaction, boost revenue, and strengthen Yotpo’s position in e-commerce marketing.

Key Responsibilities: Own a strategic domain and drive the direction of Yotpo’s flagship product, ensuring it’s aligned with the company’s overall goals. Develop and manage the product roadmap, from concept to launch, ensuring it meets business objectives and customer needs. Command the prioritization of business needs, set milestones, and tackle opportunities and risks early on. Use customer insights, market research, and data to inform product decisions, iterating through design and testing. Partner closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth product delivery and seamless integration across the Yotpo platform. Contribute to a high-performance and innovative team environment, and inspire your colleagues to achieve their best. Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience with a strong record of delivering successful products. Experience in B2B2C or eCommerce marketing is a plus. Solid understanding of the product development process, from ideation to launch. Proven ability to create user-focused products that balance technology and design. Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and initiative. A driven team player with outstanding interpersonal skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to persevere through challenges. Skilled in using data to drive product decisions and communicate insights effectively. Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities.
