We build Employee Experience capabilities for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Viva. Through these capabilities, we are making Microsoft 365 Copilot the single starting point for all of employee’s needs as well as giving the tools and capabilities Leaders need to successfully transform their organizations around AI.
We are a geo-distributed team of product managers and technical program managers. We are primarily focused on creating experiences for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio that complete user jobs around Employee Experience – leveraging the data and capabilities of Microsoft Viva and Microsoft 365. We are data informed and hypothesis driven and measure our outcomes to prove we deliver value to customers. We partner closely with a talented and senior set of engineers, designers, and researchers. We are a true geo-distributed team with folks in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and multiple cities around the United States.
We are looking for a talented **Senior Product Manager** who has high customer empathy, is passionate about building great end to end experiences, understands working and partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and can think through the entire range of maker-to-the-end-user experiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and influence a truly global charter that has a material impact on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Viva, and the ability to shape the future of a new and emerging product.

**Responsibilities**
+ The product is very much a v1 / startup modality. Thus, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager that thrives in ambiguity, is willing to evolve quickly and fast as we learn and adapt and is comfortable working with a tightly-knit team to adjust.
+ Ability to learn, collect, examine, prioritize customer scenarios, product requirements, feedback, and help to set the OKRs, feature improvements, user stories, functional specifications through semester planning to ensure better product and customer and engineering outcomes.
+ Create clarity in requirements, embrace agility, fend off scope creep, confirm development approaches and timelines, and support the team to build and deliver high quality and secure solutions on time.
+ Promote hypothesis-driven product development and data-driven decision making.
+ Define and analyze metrics to assess the success of products and communicate with all stakeholders.
+ Engage directly with customers and partners to integrate feedback and extrapolate customer benefit for improved product plans.
+ Collaborate with partner teams to deliver end-to-end systems and experiences wherever required.
+ Works across all stages of product lifecycle from product definition, planning, release, modifications, maintenance, and feature deprecation.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Deeply technical person who truly understands Copilot and Copilot-led experiences.
**Other Requirements:**
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Experience in building data driven products, ability to use data to inform product decisions.
+ Experiences with Copilot Studio and/or maker/power-user experiences.
+ Experience partnering with 3P ISVs.
+ A track-record of independence, thinking outside the box and delivering world class solutions.
+ The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers.
+ The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers.
