Lead development of tactical disease plans with the cross functional team, prioritizing tactics aligned with growth opportunities within the Franchise, to improve patient outcomes and bring value to customersGathering and interpreting accurately the customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analysesand the respective data to ensure that the brand plans will reach the targets, integrating these to the operational plans and keeping the plans updated,Work collaboratively with the cross-functional hematology&nephrology franchise team to deliver initiatives, including leading development of and delivery of Franchise meeting sessions, campaigns and projectsBeing an active member of the Brand team including Sales Management, Medical Department, Regulatory Department, and Market Access functions ensuring that the brand strategy and plans are effectively developed and implementedEmbed omnichannel excellence into campaign design and content creation using customer behaviour and experience inights to develop patient centred solutions. Lead creation of digital content, following best practice design principles to maximise customer engagement and improve the customer experience.Create and maintain impactful promotional content in line with all relevant regulationsLead development of therapy area congress and events strategy to ensure high level customer engagement is achieved.Support the field team considering unmet needs via key account management approachManage budget associated with specific activities as per disease plans and in collaboration with commercial leadershipDevelop and maintain excellent therapy area knowledge and market insightsManage external agencies to ensure high quality, compliant deliverables within budgetDevelop and maintain strong relationships with other functional areas. Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained according to the ABPI and IPHA codes, SOPs and work practicesBackground & Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you will have the following essential requirements:
5+ years proven experience in pharmaceutical product managementRare disease, hematology, nephrology experience is a plusExperience in competitive markets and relevant business model and approachProven track record and initiated projects in achieving franchise goalsExperience of implementing tactics/activities across multiple channelsProven experience of engaging HCPs and KOLsPatient and HCP centric proactive and creative mindset,Strong planning and organizational skillsAnalytical thinker and attentive to detailsStrategic thinker with ability to set product visionExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood at teamwork and result orientationAdvanced knowledge in MS Office applicationsNo restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving licenseNo military obligation for male candidatesIT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, WordExcellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English both written and oral mandatoryAstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
