Our team is part of Walmart International Financial Services Team – Cashi. Cashi is evolving into a central hub for financial solutions, dedicated to enhancing our customers' lives by providing them with seamless, affordable access to the financial solutions they need, while generating sustainable and significant value for the Walmart ecosystem. This is currently for customers in Mexico.

What you'll do:

Product Strategy & Vision:

Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for Financial Service products specifically for Wallet, Banking Products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Define the roadmap for product development, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Be oriented towards building products which can help scale.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business to define product requirements and ensure smooth product launches. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure product requirements are clear, well-defined, and actionable. Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to iterate and improve products.

Product Development:

Lead product discovery sessions, gathering requirements and user feedback to define user stories and product specifications. Manage the product backlog and work with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Performance & Optimization:

Analyze product performance using data-driven insights and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Work with data science and analytics teams to monitor product performance, identify issues, and optimize product features to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features. Develop product messaging and positioning to communicate value propositions to customers and internal teams. Support sales enablement through product training and content creation.

What you'll bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on FinTech would be preferable Proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization. Strong understanding of financial services technologies, including understanding of regulations, challenges related to account take over, fraud, reconciliation etc. Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and industry benchmarks. Technical acumen and familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integration of FinTech switch/ solutions.
