The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of groundbreaking products and initiatives, focusing on new products and business models. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic thinker, skilled collaborator, and customer-focused innovator who can translate HGV’s vision into compelling, market-leading products
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Craft and communicate a rolling 12-month product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
· Leverage user feedback and market insights to prioritize and refine product features, ensuring a balance between user needs and business goals.
· Drive end-to-end product delivery, maintaining a high bar for quality and balancing speed, scalability, and sustainability.
· Connect product outcomes to key business metrics, using data to evaluate opportunities and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
· Anticipate and address stakeholder feedback, build consensus, and effectively escalate when necessary.
· Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create innovative solutions that balance technical feasibility, design excellence, and resource constraints.
