Reporting to Marketing Manager, this role will be based in Hong Kong.

What you will do:

Develop Annual marketing plans to achieve sales, profitability and market share target for brands/product groups assignedProper management of A&P budget for brands or product groups assigned.Plan and implement the marketing campaigns with different platforms to drive sales growth.Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives.Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trend of the brand performance, customer requirements and competitor activities.Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leadersCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.Adhere to organizational protocols, practices and procedures for gathering competitive informationDrive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiencyDemonstrate financial acumenHold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business prioritiesMentor, develop and inspire others

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree requiredExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsGood organizational skills and able to navigate in complex and changing situationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)          

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Science preferredRelevant sales and marketing experience in endoscopy preferredProven track record in previous sales or marketing role
