The Senior Product Manager is accountable for driving the product strategy and roadmap priorities for Sage 100 (formerly MAS90), one of Sageโs North American most popular hybrid โcloud connectedโ solutions sold for deployment either on premises or as a cloud-hosted solution. This role is a critical part of the Product Management function and instrumental to leading Sageโs cloud first strategy, delivering innovative solutions that delight our customers. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with our market strategy, technology, product marketing, sales and support teams to deliver innovative solutions for both existing and new customers in our markets. They will be the face of the product, own the product roadmap, and evangelize the product internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:

โข Drive the product strategy and roadmap priorities for Sage 100.
โข Collaborate effectively across multiple teams including marketing, product marketing, sales, product development and customer support to drive business outcomes.
โข Coordinate closely with product development, articulate and prioritize business requirements for the product roadmap.
โข Develop innovative solutions to address critical business needs, including new customer acquisition, cross-sell and minimizing customer churn.
โข Be the face of the product, build confidence and trust with our customers, partner community and internal stakeholders. Effectively evangelize the product internally and externally. Motivate and inspire others to realize the full potential of the current solutions and future deliverables.
โข Understand and effectively influence our Sage 100 ecosystem, including customers, business partners, OEM, ISV and third party solution providers.
โข Effectively communicate the product vision, current product capabilities and product roadmap implications across the full spectrum of audiences.
โข Travel as needed in the US and internationally.

โข Minimum 5 years' experience in Software Product Management, ideally in accounting and finance or related area, and covering both on-premises and cloud software.
โข Bachelorโs degree required. Degree in Accounting, Business, Technology or related fields preferred.
โข Deep customer and domain knowledge in mid-market accounting software or related technology. Sage 100 product experience preferred.
โข Strong business acumen.
โข Proven track record of proactively engaging and influencing both internally and externally, including the full spectrum of stakeholder seniority.
โข High energy, self-driven, outcome-oriented. Great listener and communicator. Strong written and oral communication skills.
โข Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic situations.
โข Proven ability to innovate and leverage current industry knowledge and trends.
โข Proven ability to operate effectively both tactically and strategically.
โข Excellent at analysis and sharing insights for impact. Comfortable and compelling in formal presentations and in other group settings with internal and external audiences of varying seniority.
โข Proven initiative and results orientation. Ability to proactively seek opportunities and remove obstacles.
