Senior Product Manager
Our Assistance team is at the heart of envisioning, crafting, and implementing self-help coaching experiences for Microsoft’s productivity products. These micro-learning moments enable millions of Enterprise, Small Medium Business, Education and Consumer users around the world to achieve their desired outcomes in record time. Our team builds with a customer-focused and data-informed mindset for M365 and Copilot in-app and standalone website offerings. Currently our offerings boast 700M+ monthly page views and we are stewards of 1.5M+ content artifacts that enable our users and fuel our AI-enabled experiences. As a **Senior Product Manager** in the Assistance Team, you will drive the modernization of self-help experiences for Microsoft365 and Copilot. This is a greenfield area and you and your teammates will be on a mission to coach our users and find the right experiences that support this objective. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Distill product vision into requirements and roadmap for AI-driven self-help experiences for Microsoft365 and Copilot. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features that enhance user satisfaction. + Drive the execution of product plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. + Analyze user feedback, data insights, and market trends to continuously improve product offerings. + Foster a culture of product innovation and product management excellence. + Partner with design, machine learning engineers, data engineers & applied data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI technologies seamlessly into user experiences. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience. + Proven track record of leading and delivering complex technology products. + Experience leading cross-discipline feature teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with AI and machine learning technologies. + Experience with Microsoft365 and Copilot products. + Demonstrated outcomes for micro-learning offerings or short-form video expertise. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
