Your responsibilities as senior product manager:
Product Analysis and Design:

Analyzing the needs of different organizational units and formulating applied solutions.
Investigating the concerns of senior managers in managing work and providing effective solutions. > Documentation of Product Requirements and Production of User Stories.
Management and Coordination of Teams:
Create Product Roadmap according to market needs and business goals.
Management of effective development and interaction process With design, development and marketing teams.
Monitoring team performance and removing barriers to achieve the set goals.
Working with knowledge management systems and implementing practical strategies in this area. Mastery of project management and the use of agile methods to improve team performance.
Working with Project Management Tools:
Mastery of tools such as Jira, Trello, Clickup to manage task and project progress.
