The Digital Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) Journey is focused on walking with clients through their unique retirement journey, helping them feel confident and secure by delivering an intuitive, digital, set-it-and-forget-it RMD experience for clients. In this role you will support create a quality and consistent digital retirement experience and will work with business, product and a cross-functional delivery team comprised of partners from user experience, design, research, product, data, and technology. Skills and Requirements - Significant experience as BOTH a Digital Product Manager and Business Analyst - Financial services industry background (Retirement products preferred) - 5 years experience minimum - Experience with hardware/product discovery - Highly skilled BSA background required - Technical requirements : JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Adobe Analytics - SQL query proficiency (they have a data team they will be working with so dont need to know the ins and outs of the data but would be a huge plus) - Understanding of financial services regulations, specifically around Retirement. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
