What you will own:

 Own the development, integration, and optimization of tools that help SMBs and lenders navigate financing options.

Work with a cross-functional team (including product design and engineering) to learn what internal and external customers need

Facilitate and drive problem-solving with your team to create solutions that are viable, desirable, and feasible

Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap in your area

Develop product strategy, product differentiation, and value propositions and manage the product life cycle

Prioritize and set outcomes with your team

Measure performance and product outcomes using appropriate tools

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget  

What you'll need to be successful:

5+ years of experience in Product Management

Ability to communicate on a technical level with engineers and designers

Skilled at quickly understanding complex business problems

Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication (both written and verbal)

Strategic planner and thinker

Process-oriented (you enjoy taking something messy and organizing it)

Experience in data visualizations and data analysis
