The Senior Product Manager is responsible for creating amazing experiences for our buyers. This role will leadin the evolution of Ritchie Bros towards becoming the default place for customers to purchase commercial equipment and services. Working in tangent with product, engineering, design, and research teams this role will build and shape experiences that touch millions of RB customers. The Senior Product Manager will conduct research and utilize industry-leading practices and innovation to drive a part of this experience. This role will create user experiences that drive growth and makes the customers feel connected, and drive company goals.

5 plus years’ experience leading business-critical product initiativesDemonstrated obsession with building great user experiences and an eye for detailAbility to think big and small, to take a large vision and build incremental features and prototypes to align to that vision. Comfortable working with paper prototypes as you are building scalable featuresCommunicates, in writing or in person, product decisions, rationale behind them, and are comfortable influencing people to get things done.Experience working with qualitative and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. Should be able to switch between thinking creatively and analytically.
