We are looking for a seasoned **Senior Product Manager** to lead internal products and programs aimed at enhancing data quality for Bing Places (Bing Maps). In this role, you will drive the development of features that improve our data and ultimately benefit Bing users. You will collaborate across various teams and organizations to achieve product and project goals, meet key objectives, and ensure overall project success. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-quality map and places data, including decisions on what to build, buy, or leverage from open source. + Work closely with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to deliver map data that enhances customer experiences. + Lead planning, feature development, and cross-organizational alignment, manage deliverables, and achieve objectives and key results (OKRs). + Collaborate with the data science team to analyze data quality and identify gaps. + Promote innovation, the use of cutting-edge technologies, and out-of-the-box thinking within the team. + Effectively communicate about map and places data products and features to both internal and external stakeholders. + Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for meaningful improvements across the Bing Places platform. + Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in the map data industry. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND Extensive experience in product/service/project/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience. **Other Requirements:** Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role.
