Help Autodesk users imagine, design, and make a better world by advancing our Building Design products and the Forma Industry Cloud vision. Our software empowers hundreds of thousands of architects, engineers, and building professionals to design iconic structures like skyscrapers, airports, and landmarks, as well as everyday homes and businesses.
Autodesk is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Forma-connected client capabilities. This role is pivotal in shaping a unified experience across products like Revit, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and current in-market Forma offerings. By defining and prioritizing shared roadmaps and fostering cross-functional collaboration, you will deliver transformative value for our users and drive consistency across applications.
This position demands strategic leadership, cross-team coordination, and a user-centric approach to advance our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) design portfolio and enhance integration across the Autodesk ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Business Value Delivery: Advocate for enhancements that align with strategic opportunities and deliver measurable value for Autodesk users.Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Collaborating with Product Management peers, define and prioritize the strategy for Forma-connected clients to align with the needs of Revit, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and Unified Design Experience initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and customer support teams to understand user needs and integrate shared capabilities seamlessly across Autodesk products.User Experience Advocacy: In close partnership with User Experience Architecture, deliver coherent, cohesive user experiences that address customer requirements and align with industry trends.Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to ensure Autodesk products remain innovative and market leading.Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback from internal teams, customers, and industry partners to refine roadmaps and prioritize impactful improvements.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or software development.Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration across teams and influence without authority.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world. Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Equal Employment Opportunity
