As a Senior Product Manager within the M365 Messaging team, your role will be instrumental in driving improvements and innovations for messaging, including both real-time and email communications. You will participate in cross-team efforts to define, gather, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders including customers, marketing, legal, and partner teams. You will gain insights and make data driven decisions to improve the reliability and quality of our infrastructure. Your strategic planning will influence the capabilities and the roadmap used to prioritize our engineering investments to help us continue to provide a first-class messaging platform for our first party, as well as third party partners and applications.
