Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision Analyze and evaluate relevant current product capabilities Perform competitive analysis / research into other applications’ capabilities Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and validate product ideas Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer and partner feedback, business goals, and market demands Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other product managers and engineering staff, to deliver a high-quality construction management solution Write user stories and requirements that are necessary for the engineering organization to implement new product features Customer Satisfaction: Provide support to sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze user feedback and data to optimize product usability Project Management: Use Confluence to document product information, collaborate with team members, and maintain a central repository of product knowledge. Utilize Atlassian's Jira to manage and track product development bugs, stories, epics, and releases.
