We are in search of a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and specifications for patient administration and revenue cycle products. Serving as a crucial link between a customer’s business functions and product requirements, you will play a pivotal role in automating care coordination and ensuring a seamless patient and user experience across the Oracle product portfolio and partner ecosystem. 

You will understand the current features and capabilities of Oracle Health Revenue Cycle products to help determine appropriate fit for customer requirements. You will analyze and communicate near-term and long-term obligations with appropriate product development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure we are meeting the customer's needs.  You will work with cross-functional teams to translate product roadmaps and strategies into client roadmaps and strategies. 

Required Qualifications

5+ years product management/design experience, health IT consulting, or health IT solution work. Contribution and/or leadership of critical projects. Highly self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success.  Customer focus with experience working with enterprise or public sector customers and developers.  Attention to detail and validated ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneously.  Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
